About the Company and Role

ProcureNet, part of Alturki Holding, operates in the Supply Chain sector and is seeking to fill a Procurement Officer position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role falls under the Operations department and supports the company’s commercial and operational goals through efficient procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and carry out sourcing processes, including Requests for Quotations, evaluations, and establishing framework agreements.
Perform comprehensive technical and commercial assessments of supplier proposals.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within authorized limits to secure favorable agreements.
Assist in category planning using spend data analysis and market intelligence.
Identify opportunities to lower costs and consolidate suppliers for improved efficiency.
Oversee supplier relationships, ensuring performance aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure all procurement activities comply with established policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of three years’ experience in procurement roles.
Strong analytical capabilities and proficient negotiation skills.
Experience using enterprise resource planning systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
Possession of professional procurement certifications such as CIPS is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
