Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Facilitate vendor onboarding procedures, including vendor profile setup, vendor due diligence assessments, documentation management, and routine compliance audits to prepare for internal and regulatory evaluations.
• Support daily procurement activities within indirect expense categories such as professional services, marketing, HR, and legal, ensuring strict compliance with Binance’s procurement policies and standards.
• Oversee the complete vendor lifecycle encompassing RFP/RFQ selection processes, vendor evaluation, and continuous performance monitoring.
• Lead vendor negotiations using relevant market data covering pricing, quantities, delivery timelines, service level agreements, and guide contracting and post-signature follow-ups.
• Participate in knowledge dissemination and training aimed at enhancing procurement understanding and adherence across the company.
• Engage in improving procurement workflows with a focus on boosting operational efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
• Assist with procurement data analytics, invoice verification, initiation of processes, and keeping records up to date ensuring accurate and timely procurement communications.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, capable of smooth interaction with regional vendors and internal teams.
• At least three years of direct experience in indirect procurement; additional experience in Compliance, Marketing, Technology, or Professional Services is advantageous.
• Proficient in enhancing procurement efficiency with strong grasp of contract provisions, emphasis on processes and costs, and collaboration with multifunctional teams to ensure effective compliance and timely problem resolution.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) framework and vendor assessment protocols.
• Skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneously with excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Customer-oriented approach with ownership mentality to identify business needs and implement meaningful solutions.
• Results-driven personality with the ability to work both independently and within global team environments.
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-evolving, and demanding work contexts.
• Strong negotiation aptitude, market-aware, able to identify prospects and negotiate favorable agreements.
