Role Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Executive to join the team at Zabeel House The Greens. This role involves managing purchasing activities, ensuring proper approvals, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining procurement records and supplier databases.
Responsibilities
- Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders following approval workflows and delegation of authority.
- Assist sourcing by managing RFQ/RFP processes and evaluating quotations.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding quotes, deliveries, and resolving procurement issues.
- Maintain supplier database and facilitate supplier onboarding and registration.
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate concerns as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Possess 2 to 4 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement information systems is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong administrative and coordination abilities.
