Role Overview
The Guest Relations Executive plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized interaction and efficient service support.
- Welcome guests warmly at arrival, assist with check-in, provide orientation, and answer general questions.
- Efficiently manage guest requests by coordinating timely responses and liaising with relevant departments.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to offer informed recommendations.
- Create and update guest profiles, documenting preferences and special requests to enhance personalized service.
- Support coordination of VIP services and special arrangements under senior team supervision.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs), grooming standards, and health and safety regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Secondary education or High School Diploma required.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality is preferred.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in guest-facing or customer service roles, ideally within luxury hospitality.
