Job Objectives
The primary objective of this role is to ensure the planned production output of a Class III Medical Device by managing the daily operations of a fully automated process. This includes being responsible for machine performance and uptime, providing process support through troubleshooting product defects and process issues, and identifying equipment faults. The successful candidate will be a hands-on problem solver adept at supporting machine failures and driving process improvements. Key contributions will be made towards targets in safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role also involves identifying and escalating critical errors, contributing to process improvement projects focused on cycle-time and yield, and assisting the engineering team with the commissioning and validation of new equipment for high-volume production lines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of a fully automated process to achieve planned production output for a Class III Medical Device.
- Ensure optimal machine performance and minimize equipment downtime.
- Actively contribute to achieving targets related to safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide essential process support, including troubleshooting product defects and process issues, identifying equipment functions and faults, and performing necessary equipment adjustments and setups.
- Maintain ongoing compliance with all quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety legislation and regulations.

Additional Information
This is a shift-based position requiring work on 12-hour shifts, encompassing both day and night duties, including weekends. A competitive basic salary is offered, supplemented by shift allowances and a comprehensive benefits package.
