Position Summary
KKR seeks a Middle Office Operations Vice President to join their Global Investment Operations team in Dublin. This role collaborates with global operations colleagues and cross-functional firm employees, representing a strategic chance to join a growing unit focused on operational excellence supporting global business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the accurate preparation and review of GAV/NAV calculations and handle regulatory reporting obligations.
- Oversee governance of daily cash and position reconciliations, ensuring integrity and timely resolution.
- Identify and resolve mismatches discovered between internal platforms and custodians or trustees.
- Manage and enhance partnerships with external service providers to optimize operations.
- Systematically record all fund lifecycle transactions, capital movements, and borrowings within internal systems.
- Provide prompt, precise support services to both external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Champion transformation programs aimed at increasing automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Steer governance frameworks and implement operational controls to enhance compliance and quality.
- Engage in ad hoc projects as needed and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Experience and Qualifications
- Over 10 years experience in fund accounting within asset servicing environments.
- Strong foundation in fund administration or operations, preferably with credit, private equity, or infrastructure fund exposure.
- In-depth expertise in GAV/NAV calculations, fund vehicle operations, or fund-of-funds experience.
- Proven leadership capabilities with an ability to operate autonomously and apply analytical thinking.
- Experience in client engagement and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Track record in driving operational transformation focused on process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Accounting professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent are highly desirable.
- High proficiency in Advent Geneva system operations.
- Knowledgeable in credit and private equity fund structures.
