Opportunity Summary

KKR is expanding its Private Credit Investment Grade (IG) Corporate division in Dublin and invites applications for an Analyst or Associate role. With over five decades of proven investment success and managing assets exceeding $700 billion globally, KKR has established a Portfolio Monitoring Unit (PMU) in Dublin since 2016. This dedicated team oversees the global Private Credit portfolio to ensure rigorous risk management and sustainable value creation.

The firm's insurance arm, Global Atlantic, has bolstered its footprint in the private IG credit space, concentrating on originating and investing in debt from public and private corporate borrowers through private placement markets, emphasizing investment-grade and near investment-grade credits.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze company financial statements extensively to evaluate trends and portfolio performance.
• Identify and evaluate financial and commercial risks to monitor portfolio exposure.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and carry out valuation assessments including Discounted Cash Flow, Relative Value, and Enterprise Value Waterfall analyses.
• Compile comprehensive quarterly investment reports and present critical insights to the Investment Committee.
• Engage with senior portfolio company leadership, including CEOs and CFOs, to maintain open communication.
• Collaborate strategically with origination teams on matters such as refinancing, add-on deals, and amendments.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in areas such as investment banking, private equity, corporate or leveraged or infrastructure lending, corporate finance, transaction services, restructuring, auditing, or valuations.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with detailed financial analysis skills.
• Hold a robust academic foundation in finance, accounting, economics, or closely related disciplines.
• Demonstrate solid commercial insight regarding financial statements, valuation techniques, and corporate organizational structures.
• Showcase excellent communication and organizational abilities to translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations.
