- Join client meetings with the RM when needed to help address requirements and support service delivery.
- Help prepare new account opening packs, including reviewing client-signed documents and booking centre paperwork before submission to the CLM team.
- Work with CLM, AFC, OBS, and KYC Review teams to provide follow-up information or documents when requested.
- Chase missing booking centre or regulatory documents quickly so RM key risk indicators are protected.
- Make sure operational tasks linked to client accounts are completed promptly to maintain strong service levels.
- Assist with entering RM call reports and keeping those records securely stored in shared folders.
- Stay up to date on operational procedures, service processes, and internal systems and applications.
- Build understanding of the regulatory framework and follow policies and procedures to reduce risk and protect the bank.
- Support post-sale client tasks, marketing event invitations, and approval coordination.
- Handle daily mailing of documentation to the relevant booking centres where needed.
- Build strong working relationships across coverage, product, and infrastructure teams.
- Take part in AM group projects and meetings, including regulatory and non-regulatory assignments within deadlines.
- Coordinate with IT to arrange video conference meetings and calls.
- Provide backup support for other team members when they are absent to ensure continuity of service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is required; a master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in wealth management, preferably in an assistant or sales support capacity.
- Strong command of English; Arabic language ability is an added benefit.
- Ability to organize work effectively, manage time, and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and advisory/consultative skills.
