Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of the prison environment and those within it.
• Engage directly with prisoners, adapting to roles such as peacekeeper, counsellor, and educator as situations demand.
• Foster positive interactions to support offender rehabilitation and reduce reoffending.
• Work collaboratively within a team setting to maintain operational effectiveness and security.
