Key Responsibilities

• Create and enhance leadership operating systems, including planning cycles, decision-making frameworks, and execution routines.
• Oversee quarterly and annual planning by aligning priorities, dependencies, and resources across departments.
• Lead execution of major cross-functional initiatives by boosting accountability and coordination.
• Develop scalable documentation, operational tools, and planning mechanisms to streamline team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to identify organizational challenges and introduce solutions that elevate decision quality and operational performance.
• Convert complex business problems into clear frameworks, actionable insights, and quantifiable outcomes.
• Incorporate AI technologies daily to enhance judgment, operational efficiency, and decision-making processes.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Business or Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff roles, Management Consulting, or similar operational leadership positions.
• Demonstrated success in designing and scaling operating systems and execution frameworks in growing companies.
• Proven track record of partnering with founders, executives, and senior leadership on company-wide projects.
• Exceptional communication skills capable of simplifying complex data into concise decisions and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with a focus on root cause analysis and scalable solution design.
• Executive presence, sound judgment, and influence without direct authority.
• Ability to independently navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Experience and fluency with AI applications, including consistent use, understanding their capabilities and limits, and refining their utilization.
• Familiarity with company planning tools like OKRs, annual planning, or quarterly reviews is advantageous.
• Comfort using collaboration and productivity tools such as Notion, Linear, Slack, analytics platforms, and AI assistants is preferred.
