Role overview

This position is embedded within Nike Basketball and focuses on connecting priorities, plans, and decisions across the portfolio. The role brings together sport, product, brand, athlete, marketplace, and seasonal execution so that the basketball business can move with alignment, speed, and direction.

You will collaborate with teams across Product, Brand, Merchandising, Planning, Marketplace, Sports Marketing, and Athlete Business. The aim is to unify multiple workstreams, keep partners aligned, and help turn basketball concepts into execution for athletes and consumers worldwide.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline is expected; an equivalent mix of education, experience, and training may also be considered.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a project-management-related role.
• A self-driven professional who brings energy, curiosity, and a strong bias toward action in fast-paced environments.
• An effective communicator who can simplify complex topics, align groups, and adjust the amount of detail based on the audience, including senior leaders.
• A highly organized operator capable of managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders with accountability and follow-through.
• A strong connector who can bring diverse partners together, build shared understanding, capture decisions, and keep momentum moving forward.

Key responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional partners to translate assigned business areas into seasonal plans and execution, ensuring alignment and forward progress across the process.
• Lead end-to-end integration and business alignment for assigned basketball portfolio areas, including meeting agendas, facilitation, follow-up tracking, recap notes, and action management.
• Prepare assigned teams for seasonal readiness and CODE milestones by identifying risks, gaps, decisions, and trade-offs early so the group can stay aligned and make timely choices.
• Serve as a strategic partner to area leaders by helping define business priorities, critical projects, and the operating discipline needed to advance the work.
