Role Requirements

Appointments are merit-based, evaluating candidates on prior professional achievements, relevant skills and experience, development potential, and alignment with leadership competencies and CCC values. No mandatory qualifications are specified; however, relevant business analysis experience is expected.

The qualifying educational credentials must be recognised as equivalent to the Australian Qualifications Framework if obtained overseas.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Experience conducting business analysis using relevant techniques, methodologies, and tools applied throughout project lifecycles, including business process and system improvements. Experience in law enforcement or independent statutory organisations is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adeptness at data and information collection, performance analysis, report preparation, and critical evaluation.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with a track record of forming effective working and strategic partnerships amid dynamic environments.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, ranging from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams, fostering positive working relationships.
