Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is offered through a partner company that handles the application review and all subsequent hiring steps. The role is for a Principal Brand Designer located in the United States.
You will join an international creative setting where design helps define product storytelling and brand presence across both digital and physical experiences. The role centers on building and refining a distinctive visual system that shapes how a large user base experiences a major digital platform. You will work across brand, product, and marketing functions to create clarity, consistency, and impact across fast-moving initiatives. The position blends strategic direction with hands-on design execution, with ownership spanning from early concepts through final output. You will also contribute to raising creative standards and strengthening a culture built on innovation and high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Direct and deliver major brand design initiatives from initial concept development through production, maintaining a strong and consistent visual approach across all assets.
- Build and preserve unified design systems across a range of channels, including digital campaigns, websites, social platforms, events, and product-connected touchpoints.
- Partner with stakeholders from product, marketing, communications, and other teams to turn complex ideas into clear and engaging visual stories.
- Help refine brand guidelines so they can scale effectively while staying consistent across international markets.
- Improve creative operations and production workflows to increase efficiency and raise the quality of output.
- Guide and encourage fellow designers while supporting a collaborative, high-performing creative environment.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in brand, visual, or product design, gained in either agency or in-house environments, preferably with globally recognized brands.
- A strong portfolio showing depth in brand identity, digital design, campaigns, web, motion, and experiential work.
- Experience functioning as a design generalist, with exposure to creative direction and full ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong conceptual ability paired with a high level of craft, precision, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in fast-paced settings while balancing several high-priority projects at once.
Benefits
- Competitive overall compensation with performance-based bonuses and long-term incentives.
- Access to medical, financial, and broader benefits depending on the role and location.
- Learning and development opportunities, including education support to help with career growth.
- Team-building activities, global company events, and collaborative programs.
- Remote-friendly or flexible working options based on team setup.
- The chance to contribute to high-impact global work in a fast-growing industry.
