Responsibilities
- Deliver English lessons to students in Grades 1 to 5 in alignment with the CBSE syllabus.
- Create and execute interactive lesson plans focused on activities that engage students.
- Enhance pupils' abilities in reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication.
- Evaluate academic progress using classwork, assignments, and exams.
- Keep detailed academic records and provide prompt feedback to students and their parents.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment.
- Participate actively in school functions, parent-teacher conferences, training programs, and other academic initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and coordinators to ensure smooth curriculum delivery.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in English or a related field is required.
- Completion of a B.Ed. program is mandatory.
- Experience of 1 to 5 years teaching in CBSE or ICSE schools is preferred; however, fresh graduates with excellent English communication and solid subject knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient classroom management and adeptness in lesson planning.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office and digital teaching tools.
