About the Role
This position is for an experienced Pricing and Commercial Analyst based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building accurate, timely commercial and pricing outputs for new deals, contract expansions, and renewals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and help shape the pricing approach that supports winning business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain pricing models for new opportunities, scope changes, and contract renewals.
- Prepare deal-level profit and loss and cash flow statements, using inputs from accounting, legal, and related functions.
- Assist Commercial Leads in defining effective pricing strategies, choosing the right pricing structure, and building client-facing business case models.
- Coordinate with sales, solution, transition, finance, legal, and delivery teams to gather information and align on the proposed solution.
- Help secure the required internal approvals within corporate policy and tight submission timelines.
- Ensure the commercial model, pricing approach, sales narrative, solution, and customer requirements are fully aligned.
Candidate Profile
- At least 9 years of experience in a comparable finance or pricing position.
- Background in BPO or IT services pricing.
- Experience working through pricing processes involving multiple stakeholders across functions.
- Ability to build financial models from several data sources.
- Experience carrying out competitive and market analysis to assess positioning.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for presenting business cases to senior leadership.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels, including senior leaders, peers, and junior colleagues.
- Qualifications such as MBA in Finance, M.Com, B.Com, BBM, CA, or CFA are relevant for this role.
