This hands-on, outdoor role involves working at heights and requires physical endurance. Ideal candidates must be at ease working on ladders and rooftops under various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing on residential and commercial properties to remove dirt and grime.
• Clean windows and gutters thoroughly using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Operate safely on ladders and rooftops while carrying out cleaning assignments.
• Engage directly with customers on-site when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain company vehicles and cleaning equipment in good working order.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Prior experience in manual labor such as pressure washing, window cleaning, or construction-related tasks.
• Comfortable and skilled at working at heights on ladders and rooftops.
• Physical capability to lift weight up to 50 pounds routinely.
• Dependability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, Monday through Saturday.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging between $35,000 and $50,000, dependent on experience and performance.
