President/CEO - Executive Partner at Salt Creek Capital

About the Role

Salt Creek Capital is looking for a seasoned operating executive to join as an Executive Partner. This role involves collaborating with the firm to assess acquisition prospects and subsequently leading these acquired companies as their President and CEO.
As CEO, the individual will take full accountability for the profit and loss, define growth strategies, and execute operational oversight. The CEOs of Salt Creek Capital's portfolio companies serve as the top executive leaders and participate actively on their respective boards of directors.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Bring a minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience, including a track record of successful P&L responsibility or having served as a President or General Manager.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to engage as a business partner capable of managing fiduciary duties to a variety of stakeholders.
• Possess proven expertise and motivation to lead a business focused on driving substantial free cash flow and EBITDA generation.
• Show an entrepreneurial mindset eager to embrace high levels of responsibility aligned with potential rewards.
• Exhibit comprehensive capability to oversee all functions of a company effectively.
• Display a consistent record of enhancing profitability through proactive business development initiatives.
• Maintain excellent professional references reflecting high integrity.
