About the Role
Netcore.ai is seeking a Presales Principal Advisor specialized in solutions and growth within its Email API product suite, located in Thane, India. This full-time position involves working on-site and offers an opportunity to take ownership and contribute significantly to the evolution of marketing technology leveraging AI and personalization.
Responsibilities
- Become the primary technical liaison for Netcore's Email API, detailing product features and advantages to customers and prospects.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to assess customer requirements and devise tailored solution proposals.
- Conduct and manage product demonstrations showcasing personalization, real-time journey orchestration, and interactive AMP email functionalities.
- Contribute technical inputs in response to RFPs and RFIs.
- Create basic prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the Email API's problem-solving capabilities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders to support consultative discussions.
- Deliver foundational training and enablement on Email API usage and integration for both internal teams and clients.
- Continuously update knowledge on MarTech innovations, AI-driven personalization, and email technology trends to inform sales and product teams.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Open to fresh MBA graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in SaaS, MarTech, technical sales/product support, or developer advocacy.
- Basic familiarity with web technologies like HTML and CSS, APIs, and email concepts is advantageous.
- Exposure to AMP for Email, personalization/AI in marketing, CDPs, or customer journey tools is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and a proactive ownership mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in start-ups or smaller companies is a plus but not mandatory.
