Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Pre-Construction and Sales Coordinator based in Cambridge. This on-site position involves supporting pre-construction by managing project documentation, tracking estimate progress, preparing detailed proposals, and maintaining comprehensive records of ongoing jobs. The coordinator will collaborate with sales to qualify potential clients, organize meetings, develop sales presentations, and conduct follow-ups to boost conversion rates.

This role requires coordination among internal teams, suppliers, and clients to gather necessary information, clarify project specifics, and facilitate a smooth transition from sales to construction phases. Daily responsibilities include updating CRM and project tracking tools, supervising schedules, and assisting in reporting and administration tasks associated with pre-construction and sales efforts.

  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

  • Ability to work on-site in Cambridge and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Educational background in construction management, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
