Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven PR KOL Business Development professionals to strengthen our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or final-year students with strong communication skills to gain practical experience in public relations and influencer partnership within the fast-evolving cryptocurrency landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) who align with Binance's brand principles.
• Assist the PR department in coordinating and attending KOL events, meetings, and networking sessions.
• Serve as an intermediary between Binance and KOLs, ensuring consistent and professional communications.
• Support the management of crisis communications and aid in resolving issues with KOLs during delicate situations.
• Prepare and present clear reports on KOL engagements and public sentiment developments.
• Work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure KOL initiatives align with overarching PR objectives.
• Represent the company professionally at events, maintaining a polished and approachable demeanor.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
• Fluent English language skills are essential for coordinating with international partners; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities capable of building and sustaining professional networks.
• Confident and well-presented, comfortable with public appearances and influencer engagement.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-moving work environment.
• An interest in crypto or blockchain industries is a plus but not a prerequisite.
• Skilled at managing sensitive situations with composure and professionalism.
