Key Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in process, manufacturing, or operations roles.
- Strong analytical capabilities to adapt and respond efficiently to dynamic plant operating conditions.
- Proven track record of working within environments prioritizing health and safety.
- Willingness to work flexibly within a shift schedule.
- Possession of a craft qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation trades is preferable.
- Familiarity with maintenance or operations management software is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Operate plant equipment safely and effectively while maintaining stringent safety protocols.
- Monitor, evaluate, test, and control plant systems to optimize their operational performance and availability.
- Execute basic maintenance tasks, troubleshoot faults, and assist with scheduled outages as necessary.
- Keep precise operational logs and support daily plant operations alongside the shift team.
- Contribute to developing and applying plant procedures, testing routines, and operational enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and commercial regulations and standards.
