About the Role

Our client is a dynamic and expanding Financial Services firm based in Dublin with a global presence and a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees across various international offices. They are committed to advancing their people strategy by developing an exemplary HR function to support ongoing growth and innovation.

Position Overview

This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join at a pivotal growth phase. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing the company's HR transformation initiatives while leading a skilled HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the execution of a top-tier HR operating model and transformation plan.
  • Manage, guide, and elevate a multidisciplinary HR team including HR transformation experts.
  • Collaborate strategically with senior executives to ensure alignment of HR strategies with broader business goals.
  • Influence and support HR activities throughout the company's international office network.
  • Drive organizational development efforts to boost employee engagement, capability, and performance.
  • Lead and manage complex change initiatives affecting multiple departments.
  • Create and implement innovative HR policies and frameworks that facilitate sustainable growth.
  • Continuously identify and apply improvements to HR systems, procedures, and employee experience by embedding best practices.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated success in leading HR transformation, change management, or extensive people-related initiatives.
  • Strong commercial insight with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and executives.
  • Proven capability in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing HR teams.
  • A blend of strategic vision and practical hands-on execution in driving organizational change.

Additional Information

This role reports directly to the CFO and assumes leadership of HR transformation specialists and the wider HR team. The salary is dependent on experience and includes bonus, health benefits, and pension. The position is based in Dublin with hybrid working arrangements.
