Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of €18.50 under collective agreement including a 50% Christmas bonus and additional regional labor market allowance
• Additional 50% Christmas bonus paid in November

Core Responsibilities

• Delivery of letters and parcels using the provided tools and equipment
• Work scheduled over 5 days weekly, between Monday and Saturday
• Handling deliveries averaging under 10 kg per item
• Conduct deliveries using company vehicles, including fully electric models

Candidate Profile

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a passenger vehicle
• Basic German communication skills
• Physically resilient and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable and hardworking attitude
