Role Overview

For the Wittenberg location, the company is looking for a postal delivery driver responsible for delivering letters and parcels. The role starts on 01.09.2026 and is offered as a fixed-term full-time position at 38.5 hours per week, with the option of a permanent transfer later on.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay is 17.20 EUR under the collective agreement, which corresponds to a calculated hourly rate of 17.92 EUR and roughly 2,998 EUR per month including a prorated 13th-month payment.
• Prorated Christmas bonus is paid in November.

Key Duties

• Prepare, sort, and deliver letters and parcel shipments using the equipment provided.
• Carry out deliveries on 5 working days per week, between Monday and Saturday.
• Handle consignments that average under 10 kg and can weigh up to 31.5 kg.
• Use company vehicles for delivery, including fully electric vehicles.

• You are permitted and able to drive a van or transport vehicle.
• You can communicate very well in German.
• You are comfortable working in all weather conditions and are physically active.
