Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) - Sea Freight Export FCL and LCL

Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Logistics Coordinator at our Hamburg location (21079) to join our team. This role focuses on sea freight export operations for Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL).

Primary Responsibilities

• Independently manage and process orders in sea freight export for FCL and LCL shipments with minimal supervision
• Prepare and handle all necessary shipping documentation
• Advise clients on the most efficient transport solutions
• Create quotations and offers

Required Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a logistics and freight forwarding clerk
• Preferably some initial experience in sea freight export
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) as German is used exclusively in daily communication
• Valid work permit for Germany is mandatory
• Flexibility and the ability to work well within a team
