Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding customer service and engage positively with each customer.
- Keep the checkout area tidy and well-organized.
- Welcome customers warmly at all times.
- Correctly scan or manually input product information.
- Precisely manage cash transactions, coupon handling, lottery sales, and PC Optimum programs.
- Prompt customers for their PC Optimum Card during purchases.
- Ensure accurate documentation related to customer receipts and merchandise returns.
- Stock and maintain assigned areas, including facing products, signage, and labeling.
- Adhere strictly to loss prevention standards and control inventory for cash, lottery, and stamps.
- Maintain a professional image aligned with Uniform Policy and Dress Code standards.
- Follow all health, safety, store policies, and procedures diligently.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Planning and Decision Making
- Effectively balance teamwork and speed in processing customer orders.
- Maintain organization and a neat work environment.
- Operate efficiently when fulfilling customer transactions.
Experience and Skills
- Strong computer and cash register proficiency.
- Well-developed organizational and record-keeping capabilities.
- High attention to detail.
