About the Role

Porsche Centre Solihull is seeking a warm and enthusiastic Receptionist/Host to join our exceptional Welcome team. This role involves providing a friendly first point of contact for customers, reflecting a passion for the Porsche brand, and creating an immersive customer experience. You will greet guests as they arrive, guide them to appropriate departments, and offer refreshments. Additionally, you will manage incoming phone calls, ensuring they are efficiently connected to the relevant personnel.

Role Expectations

The role demands adaptability to various full-time and part-time shifts, including weekends, to maintain the highest service standards. As the initial voice customers and clients hear, demonstrating a cheerful demeanor and the ability to manage call transfers promptly is crucial. You will also proactively enhance the in-showroom experience by making each customer feel uniquely valued and personally catered to.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will be proactive communicators collaborating closely with management and dealership teams. Innovation in crafting exceptional customer experiences and the use of initiative to surprise and delight customers are vital. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering personalized service are also necessary. Anticipating customer needs through accumulating relevant knowledge is part of the role.
