Role overview
This position is for a Star Expert at Mercedes-Benz of Loughton, working as the main early contact for customers and helping them connect with the brand. The role focuses on creating rapport, sparking interest in Mercedes-Benz, and clearly communicating the advantages of the vehicles, accessories, and ownership experience.
Working pattern
This is a full-time onsite role and may include weekend working to help maintain a high level of customer service.
