Role overview
As a Pool Service Attendant, you will help create a welcoming resort experience by supporting guest comfort, maintaining pool safety, and keeping the pool environment clean and well-managed. The role combines attentive hospitality with active monitoring and response to safety needs.
What you will do
- Welcome guests with a positive, helpful attitude and respond quickly to requests such as seating support or food and beverage orders.
- Handle guest concerns in a courteous and efficient way.
- Watch pool activity closely to help prevent incidents and make sure pool rules are followed.
- Promote safe swimming behavior and maintain awareness of guest wellbeing.
- React promptly during emergencies by following the emergency action plan and providing rescue or first aid assistance when required.
- Carry out regular checks, cleaning, and basic upkeep to keep the pool area tidy and safe.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards to protect guests and team members.
