Role overview

Hilton is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the hotel’s financial function in Doha, Qatar. What you will do

• Lead the property’s finance strategy and ensure day-to-day financial activities support the hotel’s broader objectives.
• Direct financial planning work, including annual budgets, forecasts, and business projections, and use analysis to guide decisions.
• Act as the key finance partner for hotel leadership, ownership, and department heads by sharing insights and recommendations that improve performance.
• Maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and help protect hotel assets through effective financial controls.
• Improve the quality, speed, and clarity of financial reporting by overseeing related systems and processes.
• Review and authorize financial activity such as sales, purchases, payroll, and expenses to keep spending controlled and operations efficient.
• Build and sustain a strong finance team through engagement, performance management, development, and recognition initiatives.
