Overview

This opportunity is for a detail-oriented and imaginative podcast producer who is interested in themes such as mental health, identity, intentional living, and overall well-being. The work supports the launch and continued production of a new U.S.-based podcast. The host will focus on interviews while you manage the technical and promotional side of the show. Episodes are released on a monthly schedule.

What you will do

Edit recorded podcast episodes to improve audio quality and create seamless flow between sections.
Insert opening and closing music into each episode.
Create and post short episode clips on the podcast’s Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
Upload full episodes to Spotify and handle publishing through Riverside.fm or another suitable platform.
Work closely with the host so each monthly episode is delivered and published on time.
Keep a structured production process that takes up to 5 hours per episode for editing and promotion.

Requirements

Hands-on background in podcast production, including editing and audio polishing.
Comfort using Riverside.fm, Spotify, and common social media platforms.
Ability to turn long-form audio into attention-grabbing promotional clips.
Strong time management and responsiveness to monthly deadlines.
Creative approach with sensitivity to mental health and identity-related subjects.
Capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Available to begin in August or September and continue on an ongoing monthly basis.
