In this part-time contract position, you'll leverage your skills in Google Ads, technical SEO, and Webflow to significantly contribute to customer acquisition, search visibility enhancement, and site performance optimization within an agile early-stage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and refine Google Ads campaigns targeted at selected customer segments.
• Apply technical SEO upgrades to the Webflow-based marketing website to boost organic search rankings.
• Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI-driven search strategies to enhance presence on emerging search platforms.
• Develop and optimize SEO content directly within Webflow, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Track campaign and site metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports emphasizing results and expenditure.
• Collaborate closely with team members to continuously improve growth strategies informed by performance insights.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, especially managing Google Ads campaigns and performing technical SEO tasks.
• Proficiency in Webflow for publishing content and website optimization.
• Experience in deploying AEO and AI-based search visibility enhancements.
• Strong analytical skills with practical experience monitoring and reporting on marketing performance, enabling quick strategy adjustments.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities suitable for early-stage startup collaboration.
• Residency in New Zealand or Australia and availability for part-time contract engagement.
