Job description

About the Role

This position involves gathering and verifying data from project population sources by comparing them against primary systems. The role also requires daily management of the Tasks & Issues Log along with maintaining a dashboard for metrics extraction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily upkeep and validation of the Tasks & Issues Log and metrics dashboard.
  • Follow up persistently to close missing submissions and fill data gaps.
  • Assist in reconciling the master list of project populations.
  • Conduct initial sanity checks on reported data to confirm accuracy.

Construction Industry Expertise Needed

  • Familiarity with common construction project reporting terms and cycles, including RAG status, WIP, CPI/SPI, and EAC, sufficient to perform basic data validation.
  • Ability to interpret project dashboards or schedule summaries such as Power BI and Primavera P6, identifying outdated or conflicting information.
  • Understand that data received is preliminary and must be examined critically.

Requirements

  • Between 3 and 6 years experience in PMO, reporting, or business analysis, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI or equivalent reporting software.
  • Skilled in coordinating and collecting data from multiple parties under tight deadlines and across various organizational units.
  • Direct experience in the construction sector is essential; skills transferable from other industries will not meet the criteria alone.
