Key Responsibilities
- Engage guests warmly, process orders and payments accurately and swiftly.
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Papa John's standards.
- Cook, portion, package, and serve pizzas efficiently.
- Uphold a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all food safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet service targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older due to safety regulations concerning hot kitchen equipment.
- Previous experience in fast food, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- A friendly demeanor, a team-oriented attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent service are essential.
- Comfortable with food preparation, kitchen operations, and providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced setting.
