- Position Title: Physics Laboratory Supervisor

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Physics is mandatory.
- At least two years of academic experience in the relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to realizing the college's vision, mission, and goals.
- Oversee and facilitate student acquisition of practical and clinical skills in laboratory courses.
- Assist in development and refinement of college programs and operational procedures.
- Participate actively in college committees and activities.
- Maintain discipline and orderliness within laboratory settings.
- Perform quality control tasks and prepare necessary reports to verify students' mastery of practical skills.
- Carry out additional administrative and academic duties alongside assigned teaching responsibilities.
- Promote healthy competition among students, encouraging innovation and creativity to enhance the college's and students' excellence.
- Update students on the latest developments in the Physics field.
- Safeguard college reputation, property, and student safety.
- Commit full attention and presence to college duties.
- Adhere to all applicable Saudi laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards, avoiding involvement in religious or political issues.
- Supervise and monitor students throughout their daily training in accordance with the academic schedule and curriculum.
- Ensure correct application of scientific and clinical skills as specified by course outlines.
- Submit weekly reports to course coordinators for approval and provide copies to the college quality assurance unit.
- Attend orientation and periodic meetings with students, coordinating with course coordinators, department heads, and training supervisors.
- Deliver reports to the department head and ensure training unit receives copies.
- Contribute to academic department workshops upon department head approval.
- Verify students' proficiency in clinical skill application based on the approved training plan.
