Job Overview

We are looking for a Fitness Attendant to join the Sports & Leisure team at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre. This role ensures smooth operation and high service standards within the department, assisting gym instructors and kids play attendants as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all colleagues report punctually and comply with Jumeirah’s grooming standards.
• Provide support and relief to other Sports & Leisure Attendants, demonstrating willingness to learn related skills.
• Properly use, clean, store, and return all cleaning equipment.
• Maintain adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.
• Deliver a high standard of service within the Sports & Leisure division and assist other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Higher Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of fitness equipment, gym safety practices, and customer service excellence.
• Ability to identify issues proactively, take necessary steps, and ensure proper resolution and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills to understand guest requests, provide precise information, and effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Team-oriented approach to support colleagues and contribute to delivering superior guest experiences.
