Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to implementing the college’s vision, mission, and objectives.
  • Ensure students acquire the practical and clinical skills prescribed by laboratory courses.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of college programs and working procedures.
  • Participate in committee work and college activities.
  • Maintain discipline and order within the laboratories.
  • Perform quality assurance tasks and prepare requisite reports verifying students’ mastery of practical skills.
  • Handle assigned administrative and academic duties beyond teaching responsibilities.
  • Encourage constructive competition, innovation, and creativity among students to enhance college and student excellence.
  • Update students with the latest advancements in the field of physics.
  • Safeguard the college’s reputation, property, and ensure student safety and adherence to rules.
  • Dedicate full professional focus to college duties.
  • Comply with all laws, regulations, and directives in Saudi Arabia without infringing on religion or political affairs.
  • Supervise and monitor students during daily training hours according to approved academic schedules.
  • Verify the application of scientific and clinical skills as per the curriculum.
  • Submit weekly reports to course lecturers for approval and provide copies to the college’s quality unit.
  • Attend orientation sessions and periodic meetings in coordination with course instructors, department heads, and training supervisors.
  • Submit reports to department heads and training units after approval.
  • Participate in academic workshops with departmental approval.
  • Ensure students effectively apply clinical skills as specified in the approved training plan.
