Job description
Role Overview
Meena Health is looking for a Home Health Care phlebotomist in Riyadh to carry out blood collection and related patient-facing tasks in home-care settings. The role calls for a professional who can work independently, communicate clearly with patients, and maintain a compassionate, service-oriented approach during daily visits.
Key Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, or in a closely related healthcare field.
- An active SCFHS registration with valid professional classification.
- At least 1–2 years of practical phlebotomy experience, including solid skill in venipuncture and specimen collection.
- Home Health Care exposure is strongly preferred, especially experience delivering care in patients’ homes.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, along with a respectful and empathetic manner.
- Capability to work without close supervision, organize daily home visits efficiently, and keep documentation accurate and up to date.
- Working knowledge of infection prevention and control practices, specimen processing, and safe transport procedures.
