Pharmatec Pakistan, a rapidly expanding private pharmaceutical company, seeks experienced professionals to fill four significant roles at its Head Office in SITE Karachi. Candidates with expertise in engineering, medical management, regulatory affairs, and procurement are invited to apply to contribute to the company's growth and operational excellence.

Available Positions and Qualifications

• Manager Engineering: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5 to 7 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Medical Manager: MBBS degree with a minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in a similar role.
• Senior Executive / Executive Regulatory Affairs: PharmD with 2 to 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Procurement Executive (Engineering Items): Diploma (DAE) holder with at least 2 to 3 years' experience in procurement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manager Engineering: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of HVAC systems, compressors, and boilers; plan utility projects; develop strategies for smooth plant operation; supervise maintenance teams; troubleshoot production equipment; and coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Medical Manager: Create and implement marketing strategies for therapeutic areas and products; design brand plans and promotional campaigns; monitor competitors and market trends; assess training needs and deliver training programs; collaborate with sales leaders and HR; manage medical projects and logistics; and engage with key opinion leaders and institutions.
• Senior Executive / Executive Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding product registration and approvals; maintain relationships with regulatory bodies; manage global submission projects; stay updated on regulatory changes and their impact; compile ACTD and CTD dossiers; and be familiar with ICH and WHO guidelines.
• Procurement Executive: Manage procurement of engineering items; ensure timely delivery of machinery and parts; track invoicing and support finance with payables; speed up the procurement cycle while maintaining data integrity; develop alternative suppliers; and perform material inspections per purchase requests and quality standards.
