Job Overview

We have openings for the roles of Pharmacist, Senior Pharmacist, and Store Manager based in Kolkata. The positions require candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience in retail pharmacy. The selected candidates will contribute towards achieving sales and diagnostic targets, providing excellent customer service both in-store and online, and managing omni-channel orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets and diagnostics goals established by the company.
• Deliver superior customer service in physical stores and through online platforms.
• Manage and process omni-channel orders promptly within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain precise inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure strict adherence to billing procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Uphold cleanliness within the store and organize product displays effectively.
• Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance store visibility.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a B.Pharm or D.Pharm degree, with registration under the PCI State Pharmacy Council.
• Experience ranging from zero to five years in retail pharmacy settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with an ability to multitask and multitask diligently.
• High ethical standards and professional conduct.
