What you will do

• Develop realistic pharmaceutical research workspaces that mirror cross-functional R&D activities and documentation practices.
• Construct layered scenarios covering clinical, regulatory, translational, and drug development processes.
• Create organized task flows that span research systems, technical documentation, protocols, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Work with subject matter experts to improve workflow accuracy, evaluation criteria, and operational depth.
• Apply expertise in areas such as drug discovery, clinical development, regulatory affairs, CMC, and pharmacovigilance.

Candidate profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or translational research environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with regulated R&D operations, clinical workflows, or scientific documentation processes.
• Exposure to research and clinical platforms commonly used in enterprise pharmaceutical settings.
• Ability to convert complex scientific and operational processes into structured scenario-based tasks.
• Strong analytical judgment, technical writing ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation and work arrangement
