Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule assignments for temporary workers at client companies ensuring smooth deployment.
• Acquire new customers to expand the company’s client base.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to align staffing plans and communicate employment conditions.
• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships while advising clients on their personnel needs.
• Draft and manage employee leasing contracts and align service agreements with clients.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations including AÜV, temporary work supervision, equal pay, and industry-specific allowances.

Required Profile

• Several years of experience in personnel placement, ideally within the temporary staffing sector.
• Deep knowledge of labor law, particularly regarding employee leasing, payroll, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for professional and solution-oriented interaction with employees and clients.
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently plan workforce assignments and adapt flexibly to short-term changes.
• Ability to work independently, methodically, and contribute effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and familiarity with personnel management systems; training on ZeitarbeitDeluxe is available.
