About the Role
Malang Footwear Industries is seeking a proactive and well-organized Personal Secretary to support a Canada-based client. The position involves close coordination with various factories across India and requires working flexible hours aligned with Canadian business times.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with manufacturing units located in Ambur, Delhi, Agra, and other parts of India, providing weekly updates on production progress.
- Organize and handle business meetings and communications efficiently.
- Accompany and assist the client during visits to India and on domestic or international trips when needed.
- Spend approximately one week monthly in Ambur to oversee production and maintain direct communication with factory teams.
- Maintain availability during Canadian business hours for ongoing interaction and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required; fresh graduates or candidates with over one year of relevant experience are welcome.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
- Excellent skills in communication, coordination, and organization.
- Possession of a valid passport is mandatory.
- Must be willing to undertake frequent travel across India as well as international trips.
- Flexibility to work in accordance with Canadian time zones.
