akPersonal is an established mid-sized staffing and temporary employment business that is expanding. With branches in locations such as Meckenheim, Siegburg, and Düren, the company supports clients and employees with tailored personnel services.

The team is looking for motivated and creative people who want to contribute ideas and help move the business forward.

What you will do

• Prepare and discuss contractual documents with customers and employees.
• Support and advise business clients on all matters related to staffing assignments and workforce deployment.
• Plan and coordinate assignments while finding practical, solution-focused approaches.
• Turn your own ideas and concepts into day-to-day work independently.
• Promote the company’s services and win people over in person and by phone.

What we are looking for

• A strong communicator who enjoys inspiring and engaging people.
• Commercial drive, goal orientation, and an initiative-taking way of working.
• Someone who likes to work independently and take responsibility.
• Completed vocational training in a business-related field; career changers are also welcome.
