Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive, strategic, and operational assistance to the Principal. This integral role supports the effective functioning of the Principal’s Office by managing governance activities, coordinating priorities, and fostering constructive relationships with students, staff, families, Board members, and the broader school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted executive partner to the Principal by managing schedules and communications.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and accurately record minutes.
- Manage multiple priorities with high professionalism, discretion, and initiative.
- Support governance activities and facilitate liaison across the school community.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in supporting senior executives with outstanding organisational and time management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern technology tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset.
- Experience in an independent or educational environment and knowledge of systems such as Synergetic and Schoolbox are highly advantageous.
