Personal Assistant | Music Industry | London - Hybrid

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to deliver extensive support to three senior executives within a thriving family-owned company in the music sector based in London. This hybrid position requires presence three days a week onsite and two days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex calendars by scheduling meetings and appointments effectively.
• Organize both professional and personal travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
• Handle email correspondence and daily administrative tasks efficiently.
• Plan and oversee meetings, company events, lunches, and social gatherings.
• Create and prepare documents, presentations, and materials necessary for meetings.
• Process expenses, manage invoices, and support miscellaneous projects as needed.
• Schedule personal appointments, family-related engagements, and manage bookings.
• Provide assistance with personal shopping, gift selections, restaurant reservations, and special events.
• Manage household responsibilities including coordinating deliveries, contractors, and various services.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact and gatekeeper for the executives.
• Foresee and address both professional and personal needs proactively.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, demonstrating excellent organizational skills, discretion, and confidence in supporting senior staff. Being proactive, adaptable, personable, and handling confidential information with care is essential. Though an interest in the music or creative sectors is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
