Job description
Overview
This is a full-time personal assistant opportunity supporting a well-established music artist in South London. The position is designed for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy schedules, staying ahead of changing priorities, and making everyday life run smoothly for a high-profile individual. The work is varied and fast-paced, with responsibilities that may change from day to day.
The role may involve managing travel, coordinating household and lifestyle tasks, supporting events, and handling administrative duties. You may also travel with the executive and provide practical support both at home and on the move.
Key Duties
- Keep the executive’s diary organised and adapt to frequent schedule changes.
- Arrange travel within the UK and internationally, including accompanying the executive when required.
- Book appointments, restaurants, and other day-to-day logistics.
- Assist with household coordination and liaison with suppliers.
- Support personal projects, occasions, and special events.
- Manage expenses and general administrative tasks.
- Stay ahead of needs and address issues before they become problems.
- Provide practical, hands-on assistance in both home and travel settings.
What They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will already have experience in a personal assistant, private PA, or lifestyle management role. They should bring a proactive mindset, strong organisation, and the ability to stay composed when things move quickly. A people-first approach, discretion, professionalism, and confidence with technology are all important. The role suits someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, enjoys variety, and is open to new experiences.
Additional Information
The salary for this position is £40,000 per year. The role is based primarily in South London, so applicants with straightforward access to that area will be particularly suitable. International travel is part of the role, and it offers the chance to work in a creative, fast-moving environment with opportunities for long-term growth.
Equal Opportunity Statement
The employer states that applications are welcome from people of all backgrounds and that the recruitment process is inclusive. Selection is made without discrimination based on age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
