Job description
Position Overview
UNA Medical Clinic, located in Fairview, Vancouver, is seeking dedicated family physicians for permanent roles. Opportunities exist for both part-time and full-time commitments. The clinic supports new family physicians keen to establish their patient panels and welcomes provisionally-licensed candidates.
Clinic Environment
This family practice is staffed by three medical office assistants and currently has one practicing family physician. The facility offers five exam rooms, two physician offices, and a lunch room. Patient consultations are conducted both virtually and in person, serving a diverse population from newborns to seniors.
Working Hours & Facilities
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Free parking available for physicians
Practice Details
- Solo practice setting
- Participation in the Family Practice Services Committee (FPSC) portal
- Focus on providing continuous, longitudinal care
- Electronic Medical Records system utilized: Oscar EMR
- Billing overhead split: 75%
- Long-term job opportunity from May 5, 2025 through May 5, 2027, with optional earlier start from April 1, 2025
