About Pacific Heights Health Centre
Pacific Heights Health Centre is a newly established, physician-operated clinic set to open on July 15, 2024. Currently staffed by two family physicians and an office manager, this expanding clinic is seeking to recruit three full-time family physicians or nurse practitioners to join their team. The facility features modern amenities including five exam rooms, dedicated offices, workstations, a lunch room, and restrooms, all housed on the ground floor of the new 618 Carnarvon building located in New Westminster, British Columbia.
The clinic is conveniently positioned within walking distance of several restaurants, coffee shops, Quay, and two SkyTrain stations (New Westminster and Columbia), both accessible within five minutes. Adjacent to the clinic are a pharmacy and a neighboring dental office, enhancing patient convenience.
Role and Working Environment
Joining Pacific Heights Health Centre offers a supportive, friendly environment with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and locum roles. The clinic welcomes various working models such as family practice, walk-in, or a hybrid approach, and provides Telehealth capabilities allowing for work from home when appropriate.
The clinic supports multiple billing models including fee-for-service, longitudinal family practice, contract, and primary care network arrangements, offering versatility to its physicians and practitioners.
