Performance Officer, Regional Support Branch Management - HQ

Role overview

The Performance Officer will support the Regional Support Branches and Regulatory Affairs team by keeping track of performance information, reviewing operational outcomes, and helping manage reporting activities. The position focuses on ensuring branch performance is clearly measured, KPI submissions are checked, and dashboards are prepared to show trends, issues, and areas where improvement is needed. Through analytical support and performance-improvement coordination, this role helps strengthen operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across all regions.

Key accountabilities

• Monitor performance indicators for regional support branches so operational and regulatory compliance status can be seen clearly.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance updates that surface trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities for decision-making.
• Work with stakeholders to collect data and make sure performance inputs are submitted on time and in a consistent format.
• Review differences in performance across regions, determine likely root causes, and suggest corrective measures.
• Assist with rolling out initiatives that improve branch efficiency and support alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Check submitted performance data for accuracy to protect the reliability and integrity of reported results.
• Create dashboards and visual summaries that help management follow KPI performance effectively.
• Support the definition of performance standards and targets to encourage consistent operational excellence across branches.
• Handle HRDF support, including registration, follow-up, and managing the process end to end.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field is required.
• Solid familiarity with retail operations or a multi-branch business setting is necessary.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in performance reporting, data analysis, or business support is expected.
• Experience in retail operations or multi-branch environments, especially with KPI tracking and dashboard reporting, is preferred.
• Strong capability in data analysis and reporting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Additional information

This position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time onsite role.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in performance reporting, data analysis, or business support roles.

Notes

The role is focused on tracking KPIs, preparing dashboards, validating submissions, and supporting improvement initiatives for regional support branches. HRDF support is also part of the responsibility, including registration, follow-up, and process maintenance.
